Convection Wood Oven

Ideal for cooking all kinds of food and bakery. Operation with very low wood consumption and maintain temperature. Made of steel. It has two different chambers. One for the burning of wood and the other is for cooking the food. The combustion chamber is located at the bottom and the cooking chamber at the top. Features specific temperature clock to achieve control of the cooking.

Τraditional Wood Oven

Ideal for cooking all kinds of food and bakery. Operation with very low wood consumption and maintain temperature. Made of bricks and volcanic materials for greater durability and efficiency. It has a chamber which is the burning of wood and cooking food. The operating procedure is simple: we light the fire inside the wood oven, when the car turns white and dropped the charcoal is ready for cooking. Pour the charcoal around the oven, place the baking pan (be careful not refractory utensils) and close the door. There is the possibility of placing a special clock in order to control baking. The design is functional and efficient, making easier way of cooking.
